С 1 ИЮНЯ 2016 ГОДА Я НАЧАЛА ВЕСТИ ПЕРЕГОВОРЫ С ПРОДАВЦОМ,ПО ПОВОДУ ОТСУТСТВИЯ ОТСЛЕЖИВАНИЯ ЗАКАЗА. ПРОСИЛА ЕГО ПРЕДОСТАВИТЬ МНЕ КВИТАНЦИЮ ИЛИ СЧЕТ-ФАКТУРУ. НО НА ЭТО ОН ОЧЕНЬ ОТВЕТИЛ, ЧТО ЗАКАЗ УТЕРЯН И ОН ПОШЛЕТ МНЕ НОВЫЙ.
Я ПОПРОСИЛА ЕГО СРОЧНО ОТПРАВИТЬ НОВЫЙ ЗАКАЗ,И ПРЕДЪЯВИТЬ МНЕ НОВЫЙ ТРЕК-КОД И ДОКУМЕНТЫ:КВИТАНЦИЮ ИЛИ СЧЕТ-ФАКТУРУ.
НИКАКОГО ОТВЕТА НА ЭТО ПРЕДЛОЖЕНИЕ Я НЕ ПОЛУЧИЛА.
ЕГО ОТВЕТЫ БЕЗГРАМОТНЫ. ЭТО ОБМАН. ОН ДАЖЕ И НЕ ЗАНИМАЛСЯ МОИМ ЗАКАЗОМ.
Я НЕ ХОЧУ НИЧЕГО ПОКУПАТЬ У ЭТОГО ЧЕЛОВЕКА.
Я ХОЧУ ВОЗВРАТИТЬ СВОИ ДЕНЕЖНЫЕ СРЕДСТВА В ПОЛНОМ ОБЪЕМЕ.

BUT HE REALLY ANSWERED THAT ORDER IS LOST AND HE WOULD SEND ME A NEW ONE.I HAVE ASKED HIM TO URGENTLY SEND A NEW ORDER, AND BRING ME A NEW TRACK-CODE AND DOCUMENTS: A RECEIPT OR INVOICE.NO RESPONSE TO THAT SUGGESTION, I DID NOT RECEIVE.HIS ANSWERS ARE ILLITERATE. THIS IS A HOAX. HE EVEN DID MY ORDER.I DON'T WANT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PERSON.I WANT TO RETURN YOUR MONEY IN FULL.
