Наша обязанность это предоставление машины вовремя на место погрузки, но контроль за процессом загрузки и выдача документов водителю входит в вашу обязанность.
Будьте проинформированы что грузовик был на месте погрузки в 09:00 , машину отпустили только вчера вечером в 18 :30 вечера, наш водитель созвонился с Эмином, контакты которого вы нам дали,чтобы он выдал документы и наклейки, он сказал водителю, что рабочее время закончилось, документы будут выданы только завтра утром, поэтому мы машину вынуждены были послать к нам на склад .
На данный момент машина находится в аэропорту и ждет выгрузки.
