Вот мы и закончили 3 курс. На 3 курсе мы изучали такие предметы, как профессиональный английский и казахский языки, уголовно-исполнительное право, уголовно-процессуальное и гражданско-процессуальное право, основы оперативно-розыскной деятельности, криминология, криминалистика, физическая культура, производство процессуальных документов, экспертиза взрывчатых и пожароопасных веществ, шакаримоведение, трудовое право, менеджмент.
Проблемы конечно же есть всегда, но незначительные. Было тяжеловато изучать профессиональный казахский язык, были непонятны некоторые новые термины, связанные с нашей профессией.
В конце третьего курса мы проходили практику в городском суде. Во время прохождения учебной практики мне посчастливилось присутствовать на судебных процессах. Самыми запоминающимися были два судебных разбирательства: спор о принадлежности имущества одной из сторон и бракоразводный процесс. Расскажу об одном из них. Почему же я хочу рассказать именно о бракоразводном процессе, потому что его особенностью было решение суда о выплате алиментов матерью ребенка. Это прохождение практики было очень увлекательным. Вот таким был мой 3 курс.
