7.2. Контракт подписан и вступает в силу с 9 мая 2012 года, сроком на два года. Если ни одна из сторон не заявит о расторжении контракта до даты его окончания, он продолжает действовать такой же срок. Прекращение сроков действия контракта не освобождает стороны от исполнения обязательств, возникших во время действия контракта.

If none of the parties has notified about termination of the contract prior to the date of his graduation, he continued to operate the same term. Termination of validity of the contract shall not release the parties from performance of the obligations that have arisen during the term of the contract.

If none of the parties declares termination of the contract before the date of his graduation, he continues to act in the same period. Termination of the contract does not relieve the parties from the fulfillment of obligations arising during the term of the contract.
