Сторона, которая не может выполнить

Сторона, которая не может выполнить свои обязательства по Договору в результате форс-мажорных обстоятельств, должна немедленно сообщить другой Стороне в письменном виде о начале
и окончании обстоятельств непреодолимой силы, но в любом случае не позднее 2 дней после их начала.

Результаты (английский) 1:

Party that is unable to meet its obligations under the agreement due to force majeure, it shall immediately inform the other party in writing about the beginningand the end of the force majeure circumstances, but in any case not later than 2 days after they started.

Результаты (английский) 2:

Party that can not fulfill its obligations under the Agreement due to force majeure, must immediately notify the other Party in writing of the beginning
and end of the force majeure circumstances, but in any case no later than 2 days after their start.

Результаты (английский) 3:

a party who fails to fulfil its obligations under the contract due to force majeure, it shall immediately inform the other party in writing of the beginningand the end of force majeure, but in any case not later than 2 days after their commencement.
