4. БАЗИСНЫЕ УСЛОВИЯ И СРОКИ ПОСТАВОК.
4.1. Поставщик производит поставку Товара партиями на условиях DAT – порт Николаев, Украина (по условиям Инкотермс-2010). Товар должен быть отгружен в течение 7 (семи) календарных дней с момента поступления предоплаты на валютный счет Поставщика.
4.2.Транспортировка Товара осуществляется автомобильным транспортом по указанным реквизитам:

4.3. Поставщик обеспечивает Товар следующими сопроводительными документами:
- транспортной накладной; счетом - фактурой; оригиналом Ветеринарного свидетельства на продукцию, подлежащую ветеринарному контролю; оригиналом Сертификата происхождения Товара формы СТ-1;оригиналом удостоверения о качестве; копией электоронной таможенной декларации.
4.4. Датой отгрузки Товара считается дата календарного штемпеля станции отправления на транспортных накладных.
4.5. Датой поставки Товара считается дата календарного штемпеля станции назначения на транспортных накладных.
4.6. Поставляемые контейнеры с Товаром должны быть опечатаны на месте отгрузки Грузоотправителем таким образом, чтобы находящийся в них Товар не мог изыматься без оставления следов распечатывания или взлома.
4.7. Поставщик средствами факсимильной связи уведомляет Покупателя о последовавшей отгрузке Товара не позднее 24 (двадцати четырех) часов с момента отгрузки.
4.8. Обязанности сторон по данному Контракту принимаются сторонами согласно условию поставки DAT –порт Николаев , Украина (по условиям Инкотермс-2010).
