Новизна по способу посева хлопчатника:
Способ включает посев семена хлопчатника с переменными междурядьями 80х40 см на гребнях, отличающийся тем, что схема посева на гребнях 80х40 см с мульчированными пленками, позволяет улучшить влагосбережения за счет исключение испарение влаги и применение способа капельного орошение по мульчированным бороздам, а так же из-за нехватки кислорода под мульчированной пленкой погибают сорные растения. Технология обеспечить состояния почвы пригодным к раннему посеву культур, в результате получим скороспелый, урожай высокого качества и количества. Схема посева позволяет применять механизированный сбор урожая хлопка.
Все изученные зарубежные и отечественные сеялки имеют один общий принцип конструкции – модульный, позволяющий легко изменять ширину междурядий для посева различных культур.
Имеются также сеялки, производящие посев под пленку, например, сеялка точного высева «Monoair F» (Германия) одно и двухрядная. Посев производится высевающим аппаратом барабанного типа, с набором мундштуков, пробивающим отверстия в пленке, уже уложенной ранее другим агрегатом.
Таким же образом, но с одновременной укладкой и заделкой пленки, производит посев универсальная китайская сеялка (СУАР), послужившая прототипом для создания узбекских сеялок для посева под пленку.
Вышеназванные существующие модели сеялок не могут обеспечить технологический процесс посева культур на гребнях по комбинированным междурядиям по схеме 80х40см.
Преимущество гребневого способа заключается также в том, что при таком выращивании растения формирует хорошо развитую корневую систему, проникающую на глубину 50-60 см. Это повышает устойчивость растений к засухе, т.к. позволяет получать влагу из более глубоких слоев почвы, а так же культуре развиваются более холодостойкие растения, наступление очередной фазы развития их ускоряется на 10-20 дней, следовательно получают более ранние урожаи, в сравнении с технологией посева на гладкой почве,того же срока сева.
Задачи, поставленные в проекте, применительно к условиям орошаемого земледелие Республики по гребневому возделыванию хлопчатника и сопутствующих к ним других культур с использованием полиэтиленовой плёнки в качестве мульчи и комбинированных технических средств тягово-приводной концепции ранее не решались.
Новизна по способу уборки хлопчатника. Для сбора хлопка на комбинированных междурядиях по схеме 80х40 см, в настоящее время во всем мире отсутствует уборочные аппараты. Будут разработан и изготовлен, испытан новый модернизированный вариант уборочного аппарата горизонтально-шпиндельной машины, на базе модели «Джон Дир»
Проект исходных требований будут переданы изготовителям – зарубежным фирмам.
