8.11.1. Созданные резервные копии БД или ИС на отдельных жестких дисках соответствующих серверов должны сохраняться за период не менее чем 30 дней, а затем, по мере заполнения дискового пространства, перезаписываться вновь созданными резервными копиями.
8.11.2. Записанные резервные копии БД или ИС на каждом flash диске/съемном USB жестком диске в ГО или филиалах должны сохраняться до полного заполнения места, а затем, перезаписываться вновь созданными резервными копиями по принципу «циклической записи» (когда flash диск/съемный USB жесткий диск переполнен, самая ранняя по дате резервная копия удаляется, а на ее место записывается новая резервная копия БД или ИС).
