Характеристика основных и вспомогательных бизнес-процессов торговой компании приведена в таблицах 6, 7, 8 и 9. Руководители подразделений и служб контролируют ход выполнения процесса и несут персональную ответственность за достижение установленных на выходе БП показателей. Также в таблице показаны ресурсы на входе в БП и выходные результаты - показатели, на достижение которых направлен БП. Так в числе основных БП выделены: закуп, хранение и продажа товаров; к вспомогательным БП отнесены – транспортные перевозки. Управленческие БП включают: управление персоналом; учет торговых и других операций; юридическое сопровождение; регулирование воздействия предприятия на окружающую среду; реализация стратегических целей развития компании; обеспечение эффективности торгового бизнеса; обеспечение эффективности всей деятельности; организация логистики перевозок и сохранности имущества.
