В районах частной застройки при невозможности (нерациональности) организации сбора твердых бытовых отходов от населения только с размещением стационарных контейнерных площадок с контейнерами организуется сбор твердых бытовых отходов от населения с использованием иных контейнеров и адаптированных схем (маршрутов) эвакуации твердых бытовых отходов в иных контейнерах с периодичностью и в порядке согласно требованиям природоохранного законодательства и санитарным нормам, заключенным договорам с каждым домовладением в районах частной застройки;
