4.5. При поставке Товара без Заказа

4.5. При поставке Товара без Заказа, сверх Заказа, с нарушением оговоренного ассортимента, при поставке Товара по цене, не соответствующей цене действующей на момент Заказа Спецификации, Покупатель вправе отказаться от приемки Товара поставленного с вышеперечисленными нарушениями, либо имеет право принять Товар полностью/частично, оплатив принятый Товар по ценам, согласованным в Спецификации.
