в современном жизни,увы, еда занимает у человека далеко не последнее место. Разнообразие еды на полках магазинов в супермаркетах и рынках просто колоссальное. к сожалению, далеко не все то, что мы любим есть, то, что является вкусным и сладким, полезно для организма.

если бы мне было все равно, что кушать и в каких количествах, то мой идеальный прием пищи мог бы состоять из вредных продуктов. таких как пицца с ветчиной и сыром, молочный коктель с шоколадом, вишневый пирог, стаканчик мороженого или что-то другое.

но так как я предпочитаю здоровый образ жизни, то соответственно мое идеальное меню выглядело бы иначе. оно могло состоять из куриной грудки с паприкой, гречки, любимого овощного салата, яблока и свежевыжатого сока.
