Очищенный картофель трётся на колюч

Очищенный картофель трётся на колючей тёркеиногда вместе с луковицей, добавляются куриные яйца (из расчета одно яйцо на пять средних картофелин), соль и иногда немного муки, полученное тесто перемешивается и выпекается на свином жиру или растительном масле на чугунной сковороде. Подаются со сметаной, шкварками, сливочным маслом.
