Я считаю что умения зависят от личных способностей. У каждого человека есть врождённые способности к чему-либо. Достаточно их хорошо развить. Если у девушки есть тяга к кулинарии, почему из неё не может получится хороший повар? Сейчас есть множество кулинарных мастер классов, кулинарных школ, куда может прийти любой желающий.
