Stress is a response of the body man on overstain and negative emotions. Stress affects the whole body, can lead to headaches, heart palpitations, chronic sleep deprivation and high fatigue of the body. Stress destroys nerve cells are non-recoverable. Stressful situations in my family often arise over trifles: because of dirty dishes, or a broken vase. I try not to panic and keep their emotions under control. Surrounding exasperated my mind. During nervous disorders a person can not work or study for a long time, everything around him seems to be annoying. Stress often develops into a depression. Depression - the last stage of nervous disorders. Such people are treated in special hospitals, so do not bring themselves to this.
If stress still gets to me, I listen to your favorite music or relax with friends. I advise everyone as little as possible to get upset over nothing, and look at the world positively.
