Напомним, из-за событий на Украине ПАСЕ лишила Россию права голоса на сессии, участия в работе уставных органов и в мониторинге выборов. После этого Москва решила не направлять в ПАСЕ документы, необходимые для подтверждения полномочий делегации.

As we have informed, due to the events in Ukraine Russia deprived PACE right to vote at the session, participation in the work of statutory bodies and in monitoring elections. After that, Moscow had decided not to send in the pace documents required for confirmation of the competence of the delegation.
