10. ДОПОЛНИТЕЛЬНЫЕ УСЛОВИЯ.

10.1. Настоящий Контракт вступает в силу с даты его подписания уполномоченными на то лицами с обеих сторон и действует в течение 12 (двенадцати) месяцев с даты его подписания. После этого Контракт автоматически пролонгируется на каждый следующий год, если ни одна из сторон не выразит намерение его расторгнуть. Уведомление о расторжении Контракта должно быть направлено за 30 дней до момента прекращения отношений. Контракт может быть расторгнут после полного выполнения сторонами взятых на себя обязательств.
Датой заключения Контракта считается дата, указанная в правом верхнем углу первой страницы Контракта.
10.2. Настоящий Контракт и Дополнительные соглашения к нему, заключенные посредством факсимильной и электронной связи, признаются сторонами действительными и имеют юридическую силу до момента получения оригиналов.
10.3. Настоящий Контракт составлен на русском языке в двух экземплярах имеющих одинаковую юридическую силу по одному для каждой стороны.
10.4. После подписания настоящего Контракта все предыдущие переговоры и переписка, которые входят в противоречие с Контрактом, теряют свою силу.
10.5. Ни одна из сторон не имеет права передавать третьему лицу права и обязанности по настоящему Контракту без письменного согласия другой стороны.
10.6. Условия настоящего Контракта, включая Дополнительные соглашения к нему, являются конфиденциальными и не подлежащими разглашению третьим лицам.
10.7. Каждая из Сторон настоящего Контракта обязуется принимать все необходимые меры для того, чтобы ее сотрудники и иные подотчетные ей лица, которым станет известно содержание данного документа, не информировали третьих лиц о деталях этого Контракта и Дополнительных соглашений к нему.

This contract shall enter into force on the date of its signing by the authorized persons with both parties and is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of its signature. Then the contract is automatically extended for each following year, unless one of the Parties expresses its intention to terminate. Notice of termination must be sent for 30 days prior to the termination of the relationship. The contract can be terminated after full implementation by the parties of the obligations. The date of conclusion of the contract shall be the date specified in the upper right corner of the first page of the contract. 10.2. This contract and supplementary agreements thereto, concluded through fax and email communications, parties are recognized as valid and have legal effect until receipt of the originals. 10.3. This contract is made in Russian language in two counterparts of equal legal force, one for each party. 10.4. After the signing of the present contract all previous negotiations and correspondence, which are in contradiction with the contract, are losing their power. 10.5. Neither party has the right to transfer the third party rights and obligations under this contract without the written consent of the other party. 10.6. the terms and conditions of this contract, including supplementary agreements thereto, is confidential and not subject to disclosure to third parties. 10.7. Each of the parties to this Contract undertakes to take all necessary measures to ensure that its employees and other persons who report to it becomes aware of the contents of this document, the failure to inform the third party about the details of the contract and the supplementary agreements thereto.

10. ADDITIONAL TERMS.

10.1. This Contract shall enter into force on the date of its signing by the authorized persons from both parties and is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of its signing. After this contract is automatically extended for each subsequent year, if neither of the parties expressed their intention to terminate it. Notice of termination must be sent 30 days before the date of termination of the relationship. The contract may be terminated after the full execution of its commitments.
The date of the Contract shall be the date specified in the upper right corner of the first page of the Contract.
10.2. This contract and additional agreements concluded by fax and electronic communication are recognized valid and the parties are legally binding until the receipt of the originals.
10.3. This Contract is made in Russian in two copies having equal legal force, one for each side.
10.4. After the signing of the present Contract all previous negotiations and correspondence which are in conflict with the Contract lose their power.
10.5. Neither party has the right to transfer to a third party the rights and obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of the other party.
10.6. Terms of the Contract, including additional agreements thereto are confidential and not subject to disclosure to third parties.
10.7. Each party hereto agrees to take all necessary measures to ensure that its employees and other persons accountable to it, which we will know the contents of this document, did not inform third parties about the details of the contract and any additional agreements thereto.
