12.6. С момента подписания сторонам

12.6. С момента подписания сторонами настоящего Договора все предыдущие переговоры, устная договоренность, переписка по предмету настоящего Договора и раннее заключенные Договоры между Сторонами на поставку Товара теряют юридическую силу.
12.7. Все изменения и/или дополнения к настоящему Договору являются его неотъемлемыми частями и имеют юридическую силу только в том случае, если совершенны в письменной форме и подписаны представителями обеих Сторон.
12.8. Условия настоящего Договора конфиденциальны и не подлежат разглашению, за исключением случаев, прямо предусмотренных законодательством Российской Федерации.
12.9. Приложения к настоящему Договору являются неотъемлемой частью настоящего Договора. Перечень приложений:
- Приложение № 1: Спецификация;
- Приложение № 2: График поставок;
- Приложение № 3: Форма приемного акта
- Приложение № 4: Бланк Заказа;
- Приложение № 5: Логистические параметры продукции.

12.10. Настоящий Договор составлен в двух экземплярах, имеющих равную юридическую силу, по одному экземпляру для каждой из Сторон. Стороны подтверждают, что с условиями настоящего Договора ознакомлены и согласны.
