Будут выявлены ранние высокочувствительные маркеры кардио- и вазотоксического действия противоопухолевых препаратов у больных с первичным раком молочной железы, что позволит как можно раньше принимать соответствующие меры по предотвращению прогрессирования сердечно-сосудистых осложнений. Будут изучены клинические и гемодинамические предикторы риска развития сердечно-сосудистых осложнений у больных с первичным раком молочной железы при приёме противоопухолевых препаратов, а также разработан алгоритм прогнозирования течения химиотерапии в зависимости от исходных клинико-инструментальных характеристик больных.
