Исполнитель самостоятельно несет ответственность за соблюдение при исполнении настоящего Договора требований применимого законодательства. Исполнитель обязуется содействовать Заказчику при разрешении споров и урегулировании предписаний, претензий и исков третьих лиц, поступивших в адрес Заказчика в связи с использованием Программы и/или распоряжением исключительным правом на Программу, а также возместить все убытки, причиненные Заказчику в связи с такими претензиями и исками в случае, если они возникли из-за нарушения Исполнителем условий настоящего Договора, а также требований Технического задания.
