Первопричиной как взлетов, так и падений российской валюты снова стала нефть, цены на которую во вторник также начали корректироваться вниз после роста на 8 процентов. Если стоимость "черного золота" долго будет пребывать возле низких отметок, то не исключено, что в России снизят его добычу.
