9.6. Стороны обязуются соблюдать конфиденциальность в отношении любой информации о деятельности Сторон, ставшей им известной в связи с исполнением настоящего Договора, и являющейся коммерческой тайной одной из Сторон.
Положение настоящего пункта Договора сохраняет свою юридическую силу и по истечении срока действия настоящего Договора.
