К компетенции Генерального директор

К компетенции Генерального директора Общества относятся все вопросы руководства деятельностью Общества за исключением вопросов, отнесенных к компетенции Общего собрания акционеров Общества, Совета директоров Общества и Правления, при условии принятия Советом директоров Общества решения об образовании коллегиального исполнительного органа.
