Прошу Вас принять меры к розыску и привлечению к уголовной ответственности по части 2 статьи 158 УК РФ неизвестного мне лица, которое 17 сентября 2010 года в ресторане «Мишка и Ко», расположенном по адресу: г.Н, ул.Центральная, д.25 в период с 19 часов до 19 часов 30 минут похитил принадлежащую мне сумку с личными вещами (косметика и парфюмерия), а также денежными средствами в размере 10.000 рублей. До похищения сумка находилась рядом со мной, а именно на ручке стула. Момента кражи имущества я не видела.

Причиненным преступлением мне причинен значительный ущерб, в размере 18 тысяч рублей. Учитывая изложенное, руководствуясь статьей 141 УПК РФ, прошу Вас дать указание о возбуждении уголовного дела по факту совершение указанного преступление.

Об уголовной ответственности по статье 306 УК РФ за совершение заведомо ложного доноса мне известно.
