С момента поступления больному была проведена общеукрепляющая кардио терапия и симптоматическая терапия. Не смотря на проводимую терапию состояние больного ухудшилось начала нарастать мозговая симптоматика (нарушение речи и нарушение функции верхней правой конечности) дыхательная недостаточность.
