Крестцово-подвздошные сочленения симметричные с четкими ровными контурами, ширина суставных щелей по 3-4 мм.
Крестец обычной формы и размеров. Контуры позвонков четкие, ровные, структура не изменена. В сагиттальной проекции крестец дугообразно отклонены. Отмечается угловое смещение кпереди копчиковых позвонков и утолщение связочного аппарата на уровне VCo1-VCo2.
Лонное сочленение сужено, суставные поверхности гипертрофированы.
Головки бедренных костей обычной формы и расположения, симметричные. Суставные поверхности вертлужных впадин‚ с краевыми приострениями. Субхондральные отделы умеренно уплотнены. Суставная щель с обеих сторон умеренно сужена. Капсула сустава не утолщена. В полости сустава выпота не выявлено.
ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ: МСКТ - признаков структурных изменений костей таза, крестца не выявлено. Признаки умеренного двустороннего коксартроза. Угловое смещение копчнковых позвонков на уровне VCo1-VCo2.Aела позвоночника.
