я и моя соседка(сестра) придерживаемся точки зрения, что бюджет должен быть гибким. он должен меняться от месяца к месяцу. перерасходы в одном месяце уменьшат бюджет в следующем месяце. например, если мы потратили на 40 долларов больше чем планировали в сентябре, тогда в октябре мы составляем бюджет с учетом нехватки этих 40 долларов.
я уверен и это моя позиция что такой подход к составлению бюджета наиболее эффективен. он создает нестабильность бюджета в кроткосрочном периоде, но зато создает стабильность на длительной дистанции.
