7.1. Настоящий договор вступает в с

7.1. Настоящий договор вступает в силу с момента его подписания обеими Сторонами и действует в течение следующих 12 месяцев. Если хотя бы одной из Сторон не выполнено какое–либо обязательство по настоящему договору, срок действия настоящего договора продлевается до момента надлежащего выполнения этого обязательства.
7.2. Если за один месяц до окончания срока действия настоящего договора ни одна из сторон письменно не уведомит другую о намерении его прекратить, настоящий договор будет считаться пролонгированным на следующий период на тех же условиях.
7.3. Настоящий Договор может быть расторгнут: а) По соглашению сторон; б) По требованию одной из сторон (по решению компетентного суда).

7.4. В случае прекращения действия настоящего Договора все гарантии Лицензиара, согласно по настоящему Договору сохраняют полную силу в отношении всех предоставленных Лицензиату Прав, использованных в соответствии с настоящим Договором.

7.1. this Agreement shall enter into force upon its signature by both parties and is valid for the next 12 months. If at least one of the parties is not fulfilled any obligation under this agreement, the term of this contract will be extended until the proper discharge of this obligation.7.2. If one month before the expiration of this agreement, neither party notifies the other in writing of its intention to terminate the present contract will be deemed to be extended for a further period on the same conditions.7.3. this agreement may be terminated: (a)) by agreement of the parties; b) at the request of one of the parties (decision of the competent court). 7.4. In the event of termination of this agreement all warranties, according to Licensor under this Agreement shall remain in full force with respect to all Rights granted to Licensee, used in accordance with this agreement.

7.1. This Agreement shall come into force upon signature by both Parties and shall be valid for the next 12 months. If at least one of the parties is not satisfied with any obligation under this agreement, the term of this contract shall be extended until the proper fulfillment of this obligation.
7.2. If one month before the expiry of this agreement, neither party notifies the other in writing of the intention to terminate, this agreement shall be deemed automatically extended for the next period on the same conditions.
7.3. This Agreement may be terminated: a) By agreement of the parties; b) At the request of one of the parties (by the competent court). 7.4. In the event of termination of this Agreement, all warranties Licensor according hereunder shall continue in full force for all provided by the licensee the right, used in accordance with this Agreement.
