Ежегодно с середины ноября по март в цветочном парке японского города Кувана начинается одно из самых ярких мероприятий в стране — «Зимний фестиваль света». В этот период территорию парка освещает миллионами гирлянд, которые работают за счёт солнечных батарей. Наиболее посещаемой инсталляцией фестиваля является «Световой тоннель». Туристы со всех уголков Японии и из-за рубежа съезжаются сюда, чтобы насладиться красотой и сделать снимки.
