Мой любимый вид спорта это легкая атлетика.
Он помогает нам всегда себя держать в форме и помогает выявить физические качества.
Легкая атлетика- это королева спорта, она входит в олимпийские виды спорта а также является популярным спортом во всем мире. В легкую атлетику входят такие виды многоборья как бег, прыжки в длину, прыжки в высоту, прыжки с шестом, бег на короткие дистанции, с барьерами,с препятствиями, метание диска, копья, малого мяча.
Я выбрала именно этот спорт потому что люблю бегать различные дистанции. Я считаю что как и любой другой вид спорта ведет к здоровому образу жизни и помогает упорно достигать поставленных целей. Я люблю легкую атлетику.
