Ожидаемые результаты реализации экологической составляющей Стратегии:
- Стабилизация негативных тенденций загрязнения и улучшение состояния окружающей среды до нормативного уровня, безопасного для жизнедеятельности населения, сохранения ее средо- и ресурсовпроводящих функций (с учетом соответствующего требованиям действующего законодательства ужесточения природоохранных требований в курортно-рекреационных зонах);
- Устранения прямой связи между экономическим ростом и ухудшением состояния окружающей среды (снижение уровня давления на природную среду должно по темпам опережать рост антропогенного воздействия на нее в результате развития отраслей хозяйственного комплекса) за счет снижения ресурсо- и энергоемкости производства, перехода к экологически сбалансированному использованию природных и территориальных ресурсов;
- Создание региональной экологической сети Крыма, обеспечивающей такую систему природоохранных ограничений, которые позволят резко снизить темпы снижения биологического и ландшафтного разнообразия территории, довести площадь объектов природно-заповедного фонда до 20% территории АР Крым (с приоритетом создания природных национальных и региональных ландшафтных парков);
Создание действенной системы информирования населения по вопросам охраны окружающей среды, экологической политики и устойчивого развития (включая создание регионального информационно-экологического портала в сети Интернет).
