Рецепт салата из картофеля с яйцами и горошком
Ингредиенты:

400г молодого картофеля, отваренного в мундире
100г зеленого горошка - свежего или замороженного
небольшой пучок зеленого лука (вместе с белой частью)
3 сваренных вкрутую яйца

Для заправки:

3 ст.л. майонеза
1 ч.л. готового хрена
1 ч.л. дижонской горчицы
соль и перец по вкусу

Все ингредиенты для заправки смешиваем до однородности.

Картофель нарезаем на крупные кусочки.

Мелко рубим лук и кладем вместе с горошком в миску.

Добавляем крупно нарезанные яйца и заправку и перемешиваем. При необходимости добавляем соль.
