Используют пластины, покрытые слоем силикагеля. В качетсве подвижной фазы используют нижний слой, полученный в результате смешивания методом встряхивания равных объемов по 50 мл раствора аммиака, хлороформа и метанола. После смешивания дают раствору отстояться для последующего разделения.
