У меня возникло очень много претенз

У меня возникло очень много претензий к организации проведения работ. Не велась документация процессов строительства. Не проводился контроль выполнения работ. Очень много нарушений качества выполненных работ. Но главная проблема – Дивеев заключил фиктивный договор с фирмой для оплаты работ и выдавал рабочим наличные деньги. Таким образом, рабочие трудились нелегально, без заключения контрактов. Я пока не могу решить вопрос с оплатой выполненных работ, так как нет документов, позволяющих сделать это. Из-за важности объекта строительства возможны проверки любого уровня и поэтому я уделяю большое внимание легальности проведения работ на последнем этапе.
