Пишу вам по поводу моего заказа 5, я в недоумении, потому что мой аккаунт был заблокирован, это моя вторая покупка у вас и первый раз, все было в порядке, а сейчас я получила письмо, что мой аккаунт был заблокирован. Я не готова покупать вещи в интернет без гарантии, по этому я отказалась от посылки и сейчас я вижу по трек номеру, что его выслали из вашего британского отделения и оно вернется обратно к вам. Скажите, как будет проходить возврат денег на мой счет? Я очень шокирована и расстроена сложившейся ситуацией, жду вашего скорейшего ответа и решения нашей проблемы.
