Документ разработан в рамках реализации Программы антикризисных мер Правительства Ярославской области на 2009 год с целью выработки единого подхода к данной процедуре на территории Ярославской области, установления общего порядка определения стоимости подключения, а также установления сроков и порядка уплаты такой цены с 3учетом необходимости снижения единовременной финансовой нагрузки на застройщиков в течение периода проектирования и строительства объектов для обеспечения ясности и прозрачности процедуры для потребителей и предприятий коммунального комплекса.

The document was developed within the framework of realization of the program of anti-crisis measures of the Government of the Yaroslavl region on the year 2009 with the aim of developing a common approach to this procedure in the territory of the Yaroslavl region, the establishment of a general procedure for determining the connection cost, as well as the timing and procedure of payment of such rates with 3učetom need to reduce lump-sum financial burden on developers in the design and construction period for clear and transparent procedures for consumers and utilities complex.
