так вот, только что мне позвонили с посольства с плохими новостями.. они не могут открыть визу поскольку административный сбор был оплачен НЕ ПРАВИЛЬНО. и должностное лицо посольства порекомендовал мне, что лучше оплатить этот сбор в Бельгии.
