Сегодня состоялась инспекция на рабочем месте на объекте Механическая лаборатория.
В составе CHESM группы присутствовали:
• Wes Garrison - TCO Maintenance Support Group Supervisor
• Zhalgas Bikbayev – CHESM Safety Specialist
• Bakhytzhan Kalmakhanov – Maintenance consultant

В Механической лабораторий было проверено:
• Общие условия на объекте (чайная комната, раздевалка, сан. узлы);
• Чистота на рабочем месте;
• Используемые ручные инструменты, оборудование;
• Определение опасных факторов (PTW);
• Участвуют ли наши сотрудники в программе безопасного поведения;
• Проводятся ли анализы по картам и ознакомлен ли персонала;
• Состояние и периодичность выдаваемых СИЗ;
• Выборочная проверка разрешительных документов у персонала (Охрана труда, Промышленная безопасность, Пожарный технический минимум, Оказание первой мед. Помощи..);
• Устойчивость полок на нагрузки;
• Кто и как проводит техническое обслуживание компрессоров, ВДА;

Выборочный опрос персонала:
• Какие опасности возникают в процессе работ;
• Открываются ли наряды допуска и все ли ознакомлены;
• Темы последних проведенных собраний и Бюллетеней по ТБ;
• Опрос персонала о действиях в случае активаций тревоги, места расположения УНМ и их номера, места расположения Мест сборов, действия в случае газовой и пожарной сигнализаций;
• Места расположения мест для курения;
• Что такое ППР, понимание политики на применения ППР, были случаи применения ППР на практике;

Проверка автотранспорта компаний:
• Наличие страховки, тех. Паспорта, страховки, путевого листа;
• Прохождение курса по безопасному вождения в зимний период;
• Заполнение журнала инспекций ТС;
• Наличие наклейки Думай и действуй безопасно, конуса 360 градусов, Огнетушителя, Медицинской аптечки, индикатора затяжки гаек, баллонного ключа, домкрата, аварийного знака;
• Проверил рабочее состояний фонарей ближнего света и дальнего света, поворотников, аварийки, заднего звукового сигнала;

Аварийное реагирование:
• Наличие плана ликвидаций аварий, ознакомлен ли весь персонал;
• Аварийные выходы и места расположения Укрытий на месте (УНМ), пунктов сбора(ПС)

Специалист по ТБ CHESM, обратил внимание и сделал заметки на следующие факторы:
- В результате мытья полов и стекания воды из здания, Около входа в Механическую лабораторию образовалась корка льда, риск скольжения и падения;
- Деревянные стеллажи в Мастерской для хранения баллонов рекомендовал заменить на металлические или укрепить во избежание прогиба от веса оборудования;
- Необходимо включить в наряд допуск работу с Пневматическими тисками и указать опасные факторы при работе с ним в АБР;

По данным пунктам мы проведем корректирующие меры и предоставим их специалисту ТБ ЧЕЗМ и держателю контракта.
