СТАТЬЯ 1
ПРЕДМЕТ КОНТРАКТА

1.1. Настоящий Контракт заключен и подлежит исполнению и толкованию исключительно в связи и как составная часть Дистрибьюторского Соглашения № _______ , заключённого между Поставщиком и Дистрибьютором _____ октября 2015 года (далее по тексту – СОГЛАШЕНИЕ).
1.2. Поставщик обязуется поставлять Дистрибьютору Товары, указанные в п.«1» раздела «Определения» СОГЛАШЕНИЯ, а Дистрибьютор обязуется принимать и оплачивать поставляемые Товары в соответствии с условиями настоящего Контракта.
1.3. В комплекте с Товарами могут также передаваться Рекламные материалы, указанные в п. «1» раздела «Определения» СОГЛАШЕНИЯ.
1.4. Конкретный ассортимент, количество, цены на Товары, а также сроки поставки и условия оплаты Товаров согласовываются Покупателем и Поставщиком по каждой поставке путем подписания Спецификаций к настоящему Контракту, являющихся его неотъемлемой частью. Спецификации согласовываются Сторонами по регламенту, закреплённому в статье 2 настоящего Контракта.
1.5. По настоящему Контракту страной происхождения Товаров является Турецкая Республика.

The Supplier agrees to deliver to Distributor Products specified in Sec. "1" under "Definitions" of the Agreement and the Distributor shall accept and pay for the goods supplied in accordance with the terms of this Contract. 1.3. Included with the goods can also be sent promotional materials specified in Sec. "1" under "Definitions" of the Agreement. 1.4. A specific range, quantity, price of goods, as well as delivery time and payment terms agreed between the buyer of Products and Supplier of each delivery by signing the Specifications to this Contract which are its integral part. The specifications agreed by the Parties under the rules enshrined in Article 2 of this Contract. 1.5. According to the Contract the country of origin is the Republic of Turkey. ARTICLE 2
