Во исполнение обязательств по догов

Во исполнение обязательств по договору на изготовление и поставку оборудования № 10-0891 от 08.12.2010 года ОАО «НЗРМК им. Н. Е. Крюкова», как Поставщиком, 25.11.2011 г., 01.12.2011 г. и 08.12.2011 г. поставлено, а ЗАО «КТК-Р», как Заказчиком принято оборудование партии 1, 2 и 12 соответственно.
Учитывая положения статьи 15 указанного договора, гарантийный срок на поставленное оборудование истек. В связи с истечением гарантийных обязательств Поставщика прошу Вас подтвердить, что у ЗАО «КТК-Р», как Заказчика, отсутствуют, какие-либо претензии связанные с поставкой партии 1, 2 и 12 по договору на изготовление и поставку оборудования № 10-0891 от 08.12.2010 года.
