9.21.2 Кроме однозначно предоставленной в настоящем Договоре, Дистрибьютор не должен копировать, воспроизводить или разбивать на части код объекта для Исходных Кодов, или Программ или любым способом дублировать полностью или частично Конфиденциальную Информацию, включая их перевод на другой язык программного обеспечения. Дистрибьютор должен иметь соответствующее соглашение с каждым из своих служащих, имеющих доступ к Конфиденциальной Информации, необходимой чтобы Дистрибьютор мог исполнить все условия данного Договора. Дистрибьютор обязуется защищать Конфиденциальную Информацию в соответствии с теми же способами и стандартами осторожности, которые он использует для защиты своих собственных коммерческих секретов и секретов фирмы.
