Подрядчик выполняет Работы, руководствуясь следующими документами :
- Градостроительный кодекс РФ,
- Федеральный закон № 384-ФЗ "Технический регламент о безопасности зданий и сооружений" от 30.12.2009 г.,
- Постановление Правительства РФ № 1521 от 26.12.2014 г. Об утверждении перечня национальных стандартов и сводов правил (частей таких стандартов и сводов правил), в результате применения которых на обязательной основе обеспечивается соблюдение требований Федерального закона "Технический регламент о безопасности зданий и сооружений",

The contractor performs Work, based on the following documents:-Town-planning code of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 384-ФЗ "about technical regulation on safety of buildings and structures" of RA as of 30.12.2009,-Russian Federation Government resolution No. 1521 of 26.12.2014 on approval of the list of national standards and codes of practice (parts of such standards and codes of practice), which is provided on a mandatory basis, compliance with the requirements of the Federal law "about technical regulation on safety of buildings and structures",

The Contractor shall perform the Work, guided by the following documents:
- Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation
- the Federal Law № 384-FZ "Technical Regulations on the safety of buildings and structures" of 30.12.2009,
- RF Government Resolution № 1521 of 12.26.2014 On approval the list of national standards and codes (parts of such standards and codes of practice), as a result of which, on a mandatory basis, compliance with the Federal Law "Technical regulations on the safety of buildings and structures"
