В бюджете бизнес-процесса «Закупки» входные ресурсы состоят их расходов отдела закупа и издержек на транспортировку, страхование и таможенную очистку товаров. На выходе из БП «Закупки» контролируются показатели эффективности данного процесса – доля расходов на закуп в себестоимости продаж, процент новых товаров в ассортименте компании, доля постоянных поставщиков и долгосрочных контрактов.
