Я боюсь собак. Началось это с детст

Я боюсь собак. Началось это с детства. Когда я пришла к подруге она забыла закрыть свою собаку и она сильно укусила меня. Я пыталась убежать от нее но она все таки догнала. После этого инцидента я не могу спокойно проходить мимо собак. Меня начинает трясти и сдвинуться с места не могу пока собаку не уберут. Так же я боюсь крови. У меня начинается сильное головокружение. Эта проблема тоже с детства. Ещё я боюсь некоторых насекомых. Это началось после неудачной шутки брата.
