Примером интеграции российский вузов международное образова-тельное пространство может служить Юго-Западный государственный университет, который активно осуществляет многоплановую международную деятельность, направленную на развитие партнерских отношений с зарубежными вузами, открытие представительств, образовательных центров и школ русского языка за рубежом, распространение образовательных программ в зарубежных вузах, научно-техническое сотрудничество. На сегодняшний день университет сотрудничает с 70 зарубежными вузами и научными организациями. Постоянно проводится работа в рамках заключенных ранее договоров об академическом, научно-техническом и культурном сотрудничестве с университетами и образовательными структурами Болгарии, Германии, Италии, Австрии, Финляндии, Перу, Эквадора, КНР и др. Только в прошлом году подписаны договоры о сотрудничестве с 15 зарубежными вузами, в том числе Венгрии, Германии, Чехии, Австрии, США, Иордании и др.
