Товар некачественный, не соответств

Товар некачественный, не соответствует описанию - это SMD диоды, а не CREE. Мощность около 15W, вместо 80W заявленных. Супер низкое качество сборки и пайки (одна лампа- это можно выставлять в музее как "Пизанскую Башню"). Внутри у обоих ламп что-то гремит при тряске- очень похоже на детскую "погремушку"- наверное так и буду использовать, так как больше с цоколем H7 мне негде их использовать...
