5.8. Оплата товара в срок, установленный правилами, определенными п. 5.4.2., п. 5.4.3., п. 5.4.4., п. 5.4.5. настоящего Договора, осуществляется при условии исполнения Поставщиком обязанности по передаче документов, относящихся к поставке товара в соответствии с Федеральными законами, иными нормативными правовыми актами Российской Федерации и настоящим Договором. При этом срок отсрочки, указанный в п. 5.4.2., п. 5.4.3., п. 5.4.4., п. 5.4.5. настоящего Договора, продлевается на весь период не предоставления Поставщиком указанных документов с верными реквизитами, ценой, количеством товара, ассортиментом товара.
5.9. Оплате Покупателем Поставщику подлежат только те товары, которые были приняты от Поставщика и не были возвращены или переданы обратно Поставщику.
5.10. По требованию инициирующей стороны, вторая сторона обязана в течение 5 (пяти) рабочих дней согласовать взаимные расчеты. При необоснованном уклонении стороны от подписания Акта сверки взаимных расчетов, указанный Акт направляется по адресу, указанному в Разделе 11 настоящего Договора. В случае не подписания стороной Акта и не выставления мотивированного возражения по Акту в течение 10 (десяти) рабочих дней, указанный Акт стороны считают согласованным.
