Чем большую лояльность проявят коллективы работающих в интегрируемых организациях и предприятиях, тем с большей эффективностью и с меньшими затратами времени осуществится адаптация нового порядка логистического оптимизационного управления.[17]
Важным этапом создания организационной структуры управления является определение типа искомой организационной структуры, характеризующей разделение и координацию управленческого труда.
Традиционное управление в большинстве отраслей базируется преимущественно на основе линейной и линейно-функциональной структуры, являющихся при относительно стабильных условиях производства и сбыта вне рыночных отношений достаточно эффективным. С учетом изложенного структура управления на каждом иерархическом уровне должна включать функциональные подразделения, обеспечивающие в тождественных подразделениях, связанных по горизонта¬ли, решение типовых задач, а также нестандартных программ и задач, требующих логистически - творческого поискового подхода. Кроме того, такие функциональные подразделения, координируя осуществление функций своего иерархического уровня по продуктовому признаку, должны вместе с тем управлять функционированием в разрезе территориально¬го признака.
