9.1. вставить магнитопровод в обмотку
• шихтованный магнитопровод вставляется пластина за пластиной
• стержневые или разрезные ленточные магнитопроводы: склеить
• затянуть
9.2. Предварительный контроль в испытательной лаборатории
• замер точностных характеристик
• определение коррекции
9.3. Бандаж магнитопровода
• эластичный бандаж, устойчивый к эпоксидной смоле
• сохраняет магнитные свойства магнитопровода
• предотвращает образование трещин в эпоксидной смоле из-за различных температурных коэффициентов расширения
9.4. Экранирование вокруг первичной обмотки
• выравнивание электростатического поля
• снижение частичных разрядов
10. Заливка
• монтаж в заливочную форму
• нагрев активной части и заливочной формы
• заливка и полимеризация в вакуумной камере или в кокеле
• демонтаж формы
• окончательная полимеризация в печи около 8 часов
11. Заключительный монтаж
• убрать острые кромки
• монтаж основания
• монтаж клеммной коробки
• различные наклейки (паспортная табличка, этикетки заказчика, обозначения клемм, дополнительные этикетки)

• испытания испытательным напряжением изоляционной стойкости обмоток относительно земли
• испытания испытательным напряжением первичной обмотки относительно земли
