Граждане проживающие на территории

Граждане проживающие на территории России и Украины должны прислать доверенность касательно разрешения на банковские операции в Международном Банке Азербайджана. Лицу получившему данную доверенность необходимо обратиться в нотариус и перевести на Азербайджанский язык, после этого можно обратиться в банк для получения карты.
